Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) – National Office is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the position of IT Infrastructure Manager . This position provides thought leadership for the management and continuous development of the primary IT areas: Enterprise Architecture, Network & Telecommunications, Server & Storage, and Mobile & Distributed Computing, with a focus to yield initiatives to constantly improve the performance of IT infrastructure through more strategic, competitive and cost effective solution. This role will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into innovative technology solutions and the application of core design principles in order to deliver successful project outcomes. IT Infrastructure Manager

IT Infrastructure Manager will be in charge for the following roles:

  • Comprehension of business and IS&T strategies, and effective dissemination to the next layers
  • Collaborate with other IS&T functions to understand business requirements, and architect innovative technology to facilitate business requirements considering compliance to enterprise solutions& technology roadmap
  • Manage resources, both people and system, internal counterparts and external vendors/consultant, to develop and deliver cost effective solutions to meet business requirements
  • Control the process of change and perform quality assurance, ensure reliable architecture following business logic; documentation; security; reusability; scalability; extensibility; and dependability.
  • Manage and ensure effective IT team relationship with internal and external partners
  • Keep expertise current to technological advancements
  • Performance management and people development of IT infrastructure solutions team.

To be successful in this position, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:

  • Holds a minimal of Bachelor (S1) Degree
  • Having minimum 5 years working experience in IT technology management related area, experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods company will be an advantage.
  • Posses broad expertise in technology and certain hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Operations
  • Having a good understanding how IT in particular infrastructure services a business, and how working in collaboration with application solutions they add value to create a more competitive business model.
  • Posses excellent project management skills and sound financial skills
  • Demonstrates a good people skills and developmental orientation
  • Posses good presentation and documentation skills
  • Posses strong third party management skills
  • Posses excellent teamwork and customer service mindset
  • Posses good network with technology principal and service provider
